We roast every bag to order, so we want it to arrive right.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong coffee, size or grind, email us at beans@buildableacademy.com within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and, if it arrived damaged, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show them.
